Where are things today?

(View our profile by clicking here or by visiting www.itsaboutlove.org)

So where are we now today? We recently completed the long process of filling out the paperwork and completing an online profile through LDS Family Services for a second adoption. So now we wait. Many of you ask how long it will take. I REALLY wish I had an answer to that. We are told that the average wait is 1-2 years, but that's where we hope YOU can help us. We either wait until a birth mother selects us from the overwhelmingly large list of couples hoping to adopt or we can find eachother through a common friend or family member. So we ask you to please mention us to your friends and neighbors, to your extended families, to physicians and other medical personnel who might have contact with birth parents who are considering various options for an unplanned pregnancy. Thanks for your love, prayers, and support. It is our testimony that the Lord has a plan for each of his precious little ones. We are mindful of that as we move forward with faith.
